A couple people asked me about me New Years resolutions and I told them all that my only goal was to be more conscious of my health. I was extremely self-indulgent in 2006 and really let it slide...and I can tell.
I also did a little mini To Do list, under the cut. My only rule for it (which is different from years past) is that I did not put anything on it that I really don't want to do. I'm not interested in challenging myself this year. I'm interested in reclaiming myself, in making peace with who I am, and in just allowing myself to be ME.
