  • Something Borrowed, Something Blue by belyste --(Jared/Jensen, NC-17, 38,000 words)-- When Jared desperately needs a date for his brother's wedding, he hires an escort. Jensen's the perfect fake boyfriend, except pretty soon things get a little too real.

  • The Warmth Of Photographs by apostrophee -- Jared/Jensen, Jared/Sandy, R, 48,000 words) -- The love story of Jared and Jensen told through the discovery of photographs, love letters and a memoir. Thirteen-year-old Nathaniel Padalecki finds the shoebox, the shoebox full of old photographs and letters from his late grandfather's past. During the course of one summer Nathan and his close, special friend Wyatt learn about the secret life and subsequently the greatest love of Nathan's grandfather's life, while both boys come to terms with their own special kind of friendship.

***I have had many conversations with many fangirls about many fics, and BY FAR "So Close to My Heart" is the one that comes up more than any other. Just today I was listening to juice817's podfic version and found myself sitting at a stoplight with tears running down my face. It STILL gets me. *thumps heart*
