If anyone has a spare Dreamwidth invite code, I'd really like one. No pressure, I'm just throwing it out there. I'm not planning to move (ever) but I do like to have back-up journals in case of the apocalypse and my nick always gets swiped early. Anyway, I'd be very appreciative!

Had a good Easter, very laid back and easy. Addison was adorable. *grin* She'd already had two egg hunts the week before so was definitely down with the process. She was so excited about everything, it was awesome.

I also got to see April's sonogram pictures, which blew me away a bit. It's clearly a boy. And you can see his entire skull and face, all the bones in his hands and arms...CRAZY. I think he's going to be named Andrew and called Drew, which I like. I'm pushing for Evan or Michael as a middle name, but that's still TBD.

I'm looking for an older J2 fic, does this sound familiar to anyone? I'm not sure how old, but I'd guess it was set during season one.

What I do remember is that Jared and Jensen are on a break (the holidays?) and Jared is in San Antonio and Jensen is in Dallas and they spontaneously drive to each other and meet up at a hotel halfway. And then, obviously, sexy sex ensues.

It might have been first time fic, or "we're just figuring this out" fic, I don't really remember. But them driving to each other and anticipating it so much, while also being nervous....that part is clear in my memory!

Any ideas? Too vague?

I watched the first three episodes of the West Wing over the weekend. I didn't really care much for it, though I can tell it's a good show. There are a thousand story lines and I don't understand any of them and there are a thousand characters, none of whom I can tell apart. I love Sorkin, so it makes me sad, buuuuut I think maybe this just isn't the show for me.

I was trying to update every Monday about books I read but then I went to LA and then stuff happened and now I'm too behind to catch up. So, here's just a list of what I've been reading the last few weeks but never wrote about:
-War for the Oaks by Emma Bull
-Bad Girls by Alex McAulay
-The Year of Magical Thinking by Joan Didion
-Callahan's Lady by Spider Robinson
-Loving Frank by Nancy Horan
-Aunt Dimity's Death by Nancy Atherton

I also watched Loving Anabelle, which sounds like it should be awesome (lesbian boarding school student seduces hurting female teacher), but really it mostly was boring.

Happy Monday y'all. Let's make it a good one!
