Hi LJ! I am home! Had a great visit with the niece and nephew (and the rest of the family too) and already miss the babies loads. But, I'm glad to be home all the same. Sharing a bed with a thee-year-old is challenging -- all I heard all night long was "Wendy! HOLD me." and "But PLEASE turn the closet light on...just a little bit, ok?"

Drew went from an infant to a toddler, just all of a sudden! He can walk everywhere now (even up the stairs *cough*) and has about 127 teeth.

The trip also featured a bonus visit from annkiri who very kindly listened to my Dad discuss how he single-handedly changed the Albertson's customer service model. I do not know y'all. But we had a fun day, there was shopping and food, SHOCKING I know.

I had a job interview this afternoon and it was weird. It's part-time and the director flat-out said she was creating the assistant position to do all the things she didn't like handling. Which! I know is done, but I thought it was pretty brazen to come right out and say it in an interview! By the way, that includes working every night 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday. MY LIFE. Urgh. Oh well. We shall see, what will be will be, etc.

I really feel that I have more to say. What have I forgotten to tell you?!?
