"There's always someone to tell you you have to.
Rather, spend time finding out who you *really* are.
Work on being more of that.
A lot better than the futile "gotta change" treadmill,
which never really ends."
Today I went to lunch with a friend and when we came out of the restaurant, there was a note stuck under my windshield. I immediately was SURE someone had hit me. But what it actually said was "you have a screw in your right front tire." Which, BOO. But, wasn't that nice of someone to tell me?
So then, I took my car into GoodYear to have the tire fixed and the guy was like..."HMMM. Let me look at it first." He went out, removed the screw, said it wasn't a real leak but that he'd patched it (or whatever it is that they actually DO to tires) and I was good to go. It took MAYBE 60 seconds. And he didn't charge me ANYTHING.
Now come on! HOW NICE IS THAT! It's really, really amazing, frankly.
I feel a lot like paying forward this happiness today, but I'm not sure how. So, if there is anything *I* can do to make YOU happy or to improve YOUR day....tell me. Tell me right now and if I can make it happen, I will.
