Category: People are Amazing

Do you guys know Amy Krause Rosenthal? She is awesome. Her blog is here:

She also wrote this incredible book called Encyclopedia of an Ordinary Life.

AND, she penned my all time favorite go-to quote on a truly awful day: "At the end of a really bad day there is sleep."

Anyway! I kind of love her, as you may have gathered. WELL. Recently Amy gathered a team and then went to a Chicago bus/subway/train (I don't know, honestly) station. Using the theory that "Life is a Marathon", they greeted commuters in typical marathon style -- by cheering, holding up signs, high fiving, passing out water, etc.

Amazing, yeah?

Go watch the video: (And maybe cheer for someone else today too.)
