I'd Verb His Noun

I had to make myself more than what I was, to forge myself into a weapon

Some things:

  • I have done nothing today but cook food and watch TV. Blerg. I really should do something actually productive, I suppose. Or possibly something fun. Any suggestions?

  • Related, I called the other day to find out about this new DVR that will record five shows at one time (shhhh), and I can get it for free, with no bill increase. SCORE. But that means that sometime next week I'll be getting a new DVR, so I have to clear the old one.

  • Also related, I've finally started watching Arrow and HOLY MOLY Stephen Amell is hot. I mean, the entire story makes zero sense but he's welcome to just stand on my TV screen wearing no shirt and cargo pants, occasionally turning around to show off his butt, or flexing his arm muscles, and I'd be 100 percent happy. Soooo attractive.

  • My brother finally came home from the hospital yesterday.

  • I haven't been feeling well, so I went to CareNow Saturday and they said since 1)I'm already sick (sinus and ear infections) and 2)I've been exposed to the flu from a sick co-worker and 3)I work with both children and the homeless, that I should start on antibiotics and Tamiflu. So those things are knocking me for a bit of a loop but hopefully I will start feeling better soon.

  • I want an external battery for my iphone. So like, if I'm someplace and my battery dies, I can pop in the external power source and recharge it without plugging it in. This only a little has to do with tweeting from conventions. Does such a thing exist?

  • I bought that new Supernatural coffee table book, and it's as awesome as everyone says. It is, however, HUGE. I had hoped to have people sign it in March but it is much too big and too heavy for me to cart it around a convention for multiple days. Alas. Back to the drawing board.

  • Why does chocolate taste so much better when it's frozen?

  • I reallly want Starbucks. Someone should bring it to me.
