I wonder if I ever will start a post again without using the words "so stressed" or "so busy." Doesn't seem likely. I know I've been cryptic about life lately but there's just a lot going on. I don't mind change, in fact, I kind of think it's exciting. But there is a lot changing all at one time. It's very stressful! I'm trying to just take things one day at a time, sometimes that coping method works, sometimes it doesn't.
Today is my last free day off until (HAHA) mid-October. I wish that was an exaggeration but it's not. So, I have a few chores today but mostly am just trying to lie very still and not move at all.
Next week my busyness will be because Addison is coming to visit for a week! I'm excited to get her all to myself ourselves for awhile. And she starts school the day after she goes home, so we can take her school shopping and get her all mentally prepared for that. EXCITING. I can't believe she already is old enough for kindergarten.
Tomorrow I am attending an all day conference about geocaching. Have any of you ever done that? I am dreading it. Every one else going keeps saying how fun it will be but y'all. It is HOT outside! I do not want to go outside! *hides in the shade*
Couple 'O Things of Interest:
spn_j2_bigbang is over for 2012. I can hardly believe it. The master list of everything posted this summer is here.
wincon still is looking for panel submissions. All that information is here. Got something you're dying to discuss with fangirls? THIS IS YOUR CHANCE.
Speaking of wincon, there are less than 20 reservation spots less. So, if you've been delaying buying your ticket, NOW IS THE TIME. You know you want to come visit me Dallas, so get on that! All the information is here.
To celebrate SuperWiki's sixth birthday (!!), missyjack is giving away a Sunday pass to VanCon. So, if you're in that area already and want to see the boys...check out her post for more details.
Now, I have to go make a double batch of chocolate chip cookie dough and hang some laundry. Then, it's back to nothing but relaxing. Wish me luck!
