2012 in review...one sentence at a time:

January: "The point of a story is never about the ending... It's about your character getting molded in the hard work of the middle."
--Donald Miller

February: Seriously, every time I look at Twitter, something offends me, hurts my feelings, or I get the overwhelming urge to thump someone in the forehead. I do not know what it is about that medium that makes me so insane.

March: HELLO. I got back from Burbank very late last night and this pretty much is the first time I've looked at a computer since. Suffice to say, the con was AWESOME.

April:I am still dealing with elevated anxiety AND I burned my hand on the oven. *pouts*

June: So, I have just mainlined the first two Game of Thrones DVDs...it's SO GOOD.

July: Yesterday my BFF texted to ask what size semi-formal I wear. She was cleaning out her closet and didn't want to get rid of my size. Now THAT is a good friend!

August: So. OK. Work still is uber-stressful and the toxic co-worker is still glaring daily daggers into my back and mostly I am just exhausted and emotional and starting to dread going to work, a place I actually love.

September: Yet another feature on Supernatural in Entertainment Weekly. I love it!! This one includes pictures of Jared, Jensen, Misha, and JDM.

October: I had a great time in Austin! It's been so long since I've visited, I had sort of forgotten how much I love it. Had an awesome time with phaballa and Drew.

November: Oh you guys. I had such a wonderful birthday! Everyone at work was in a great mood, little kids gave me cards they made by hand, my BFF sent me flowers (I cried), and I got to have dinner with my mom, dad and Becca. Oh also, my brother called and had Addison and Drew sing happy birthday to me. They both knew all the words and were like, full out blaring it at me, not just being shy about it as in the past. IT WAS AMAZING.

December: Is there any nice way to say, "Yo! If I wanted to see your tumblr, I'd follow you ON TUMBLR." No? I thought not.
